Getting Involved
God has gifted each of us in a special way that can be used for His purpose in ministry within the
church. As you review potential ministries, please pray to know the role God would have you serve as
we know, grow, go and share. That’s your individual mission within our church in a nutshell.










                                  
Set-Up Team
Goal: To transform the empty space into an area worthy of worship service and then return the area
to use for Fairfield Glade purposes. This includes Set-up and Tear down, Altar Decoration,
Communion preparation, and sound system.

Worship
Goal: To provide the structure and organization of the time that is dedicated to worship. This includes
selection and scheduling of all music, speakers, announcements, choir, and related items.
Music Team Goal: To provide music that enhances our worship experience and helps us turn our
hearts to God and His purpose for our lives. This team includes hymn leaders, accompanists, Praise
Team, soloists, instrumentalists and others for special occasions.

Welcome Team
Goal: To create a warm atmosphere of acceptance that radiates our love for God and each other.
This team includes greeters, welcome table greeters, ushers, and maintaining the Welcome /
Information Center as support for member information, ministry opportunities & events.

Newcomer Team
Goal: To greet and integrate newcomers as they arrive for worship or in our neighborhoods. The key
tool is the Newcomer Basket which all members are encouraged to use with new friends or new
neighbors to welcome them to Fairfield Glade and invite them to Faith Bible Fellowship.
